We are in search of skilled Drivers that have the ability to function well as part of a team. You must have very effective organizational and communication skills to service our clientele efficiently.
The primary responsibility of the Driver is to help meet the equipment needs of customers by delivering and picking up equipment in a timely, safe and courteous manner as well as operate a variety of construction rental equipment. The Driver is permitted to operate heavy equipment such as excavators and asphalt roller-dozers.
We seek highly motivated and experienced Drivers with a background in construction and industrial equipment. Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, gas and diesel machinery is preferred.

The San Francisco Bay Area Sales Associate will perform a variety of activities in support of the outside sales team and stores. Their top priority will be prospecting for new business opportunities on job sites and in offices, in person and via phone, is paramount. Sales Associates primary role is to develop new business opportunities with the guidance of the Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Manager. Assist with maintaining Cresco’s level of service with existing accounts. Sales Associates will learn all aspects of Cresco’s sales model, while mentoring under our outside sales team. The main responsibility of the Outside Sales Representative is to obtain new customers and service current customers. Your primary responsibility is to manage the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for company employees through our Cresco University. Use needs assessment tools to determine the effectiveness of proposed training programs. As needed, interacts with and assists corporate management to develop specifications for content of specific courses. Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material. Additionally, maintain and provide external training as needed.

Your primary responsibility is to administer the training for all newly hired and current Cresco drivers in the following areas, but not limited to:
Additionally, with the guidance of our Safety Manager you will be responsible to ensure that Cresco is in compliance in areas related to maintaining a fleet of delivery trucks (i.e. truck permits, municipal regulations, electronic log books, DOT training, etc.) and to provide annual DOT training.
