The primary responsibility of the Driver is to help meet the equipment needs of customers by delivering and picking up equipment in a timely, safe and courteous manner as well as operate a variety of construction rental equipment. The Driver is permitted to operate heavy equipment such as excavators and asphalt roller-dozers.
We seek highly motivated and experienced Drivers with a background in construction and industrial equipment. Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, gas and diesel machinery is preferred.

The San Francisco Bay Area Sales Associate will perform a variety of activities in support of the outside sales team and stores. Their top priority will be prospecting for new business opportunities on job sites and in offices, in person and via phone, is paramount. Your primary responsibility is to manage the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for company employees through our Cresco University. Use needs assessment tools to determine the effectiveness of proposed training programs. As needed, interacts with and assists corporate management to develop specifications for content of specific courses. Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material. Additionally, maintain and provide external training as needed.
