No. Once you have called the equipment off rent, you will no longer be charged! It is still your responsibility to securely store the equipment for a reasonable period of time until Cresco can pick it up.

We use red diesel, regular diesel, unleaded, mix 50:1 or 25:1.
Yes. Our Cresco Xpress stores specialize in smaller tools rentals, while Cresco Equipment Rentals caters to industrial demands for big equipment, such as backhoes, excavators, etc.
If the equipment you rent breaks down, call your local Cresco and ask for guidance immediately. An 800 telephone number for emergency breakdown situations is given to you when you pick up the equipment.
Each store has a list of contractors that they deal with regularly and will refer you. Cresco has no affiliation with referrals. It is the customer’s responsibility to hire with due diligence.
Cresco is a locally owned and operated company serving the greater Bay Area in Northern California.
Some items are store or region-specific and not available at all locations. Call your local Cresco to locate the closest store carrying the specific items you need. In many cases, we can have the equipment or tools delivered to your closest Cresco location.
We charge an up front deposit on your credit/check card at the start of the rental and credit back the balance at the termination of the rental. We give an instant credit, but banks can be slow in crediting your account.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Business and personal checks are accepted for certain items and must be guaranteed by our third party check guarantee service at time of rental.
Yes, we do. The "equipment protection plan" limits customers' liability for accidental physical damage to rental equipment with certain exceptions. A detailed explanation and limitations are available at all Cresco stores.
We are happy to help load equipment into your vehicle.
A typical "day" rental period is 24 hours. Some items have 3 or 4 hour minimums at reduced rates.
Yes. We sell most of the equipment and tools we rent. Prices differ depending on year, make, model, and condition of the unit. Please call your local Cresco for details or check out the Used Equipment link on our website.

We have 19 locations throughout the greater Bay Area.
Yes. We do offer propane fill service. We also sell new tanks and other propane accessories.
Cresco does not offer scaffold setup or break down service.
Yes. We offer delivery.
